MAURIC WIND FARM SUPPORT VESSEL (WFSV) 280 is a full aluminium semi-SWATH catamaran dedicated to the transfer of personnel, parts and tools for the maintenance of offshore wind turbines. Based on MAURIC’s expertise in the semi-SWATH hull form design, MAURIC WFSV 280 has been designed to optimize her seakeeping in transit and during boat-landing operations. Her waterjets propulsion configuration provides exceptional speed and manoeuvrability performances. The semi-SWATH hull form allows increasing significantly the operability of the vessel in comparison with conventional catamaran hull form. Her large passenger saloon on resilient mounts provides high level of comfort with minimized noise and vibration for 24 passengers. The fore and aft decks allows transport of 10' containers and integration of efficient boat-landing system.
