Ropax 770 is a 77m steel and aluminium RoRo Passenger Vessel adapted to daily trips between Papeete and Moorea in French Polynesia for transport of passengers and vehicles. Developed in close cooperation with the shipowner, and based on MAURIC’s extensive knowhow in the design of polyvalent ROPAX Vessels, Ropax 770 and her optimized hull form enables exceptional seakeeping performances providing comfort at sea for passengers and low fuel consumption. Her general arrangement has been optimized for accessibility, safety, passenger capacity in ergonomic and comfortable air conditioned saloon or sun decks. With a maximum capacity of 675 passengers and 105 cars, Ropax 770 is the largest passenger and car ferry designed by MAURIC to date.
